Amazing boutique hotel
Liked: Just right beside a metro station. Staff were amazing and small but very comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Difficult to connect to wifi.

Liked: Cosy hotel close to the metro station and to the lake, very comfortable room with a nice terrasse. Nice buffet / breakfast with home made ingredients

Disliked: Room was very hot when I got there-I was moved and room was still very stuffy. I was told all air conditioning was off for the season and they would bring a fan.

Liked: Breakfast was too expensive so we chose not to eat there. We had a great balcony. Location perfect

Lovely rooms in the heart of Lausanne
Liked: The room decor was charming. Updated and a very comfortable place to stay with lovely room amenities. The location of the hotel, right next to the metro, was also great.
Disliked: The lobby needs to be updated/needs a makeover. Not a great first impression and does not match the quality of the rooms. Some staff need to be better trained. The air conditioning was turned off for the season; too early considering the heat in Europe.
