Exceptional
Excellent hotel on the lake
Liked: Love this hotel. We have stayed here a few times. We had a beautiful room with a view of the lake. Very comfortable beds. Stocked minibar. Lovely selection of teas and coffee. Breakfast is great, as are the staff. We borrowed umbrellas as it was pouring. Easy (free) metro ride into town.

Beautiful building and location on Lake Geneva
Liked: Beautiful historic building right on the shore of Lake Geneva. The room was luxurious, staff were friendly and helpful, the M2 funicular to the train station was conveniently only one block away, as was the boat dock for the boat trips on Lake Geneva. Restaurant food and service were both top-notch.
Amazing stay at a lovely location, the view was breathtaking
Enjoyable and memorable
Liked: The most perfect location. And super convenient as it is across the road from the Metro station and directly on Lake Geneva. Our room was on the 6th floor in the tower and had spectacular views.

Overall thoughrly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast staff need a special mention

Very pleasant but need to improve
Liked: Very nice breakfast, good variety of fresh produce. Friendly smiley staff. Great location.
Disliked: Room too basic for that price, no charm. Towels not fluffy and bathrobes old. Not acceptable to charge parking for guests.
