Very good
The hosts will be happy if you just send them money, but don't come
Liked: A large apartment with a small bed, the heating batteries turned off and the washing machine not connected. But with parking spot.
Disliked: Imagine: it's autumn, you're on the road all day, it's raining, it's dark, you're in an unfamiliar country, you just want to rent an apartment to take off your wet clothes and keep warm. It would seem that everything is simple? No! After booking and debiting the money, you will receive a long instruction with step-by-step instructions on where and for what you should send money to pledge property (120 €), money to pay taxes (this was not in the announcement)...and at that moment your battery is running low. Your money has been debited. But they won't send you the address until you send the money again. As a result, we were looking for a place to charge our phone so that we could send money again. Only then did they deign to tell us the address. Do you think someone took care to turn on the heating in the apartment? Of course not! And you will sleep in a large apartment with dirty windows, a small bed and a washing machine that is not even connected. In the morning we left in wet clothes, as it was cold and they were not dry. But before leaving, we had to follow the instructions again, where there was a list of duties. Thank you for not making me clean the floors. I think these hosts are not very adapted to hospitality and have never traveled themselves. This was my first rental experience in Switzerland and it was very untidy.
Disliked: How hot it was. Two big fans were great but just blew hot air around - it was really unbearably hot. Air conditioning would be more effective. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Perfect to visit Lausanne
Liked: It’s a fantastic apartment for its location in Lausanne. We took an Uber from the train station because we had a lot of luggage, but the next day we caught the bus right across the street to rent a car. The apartment is very spacious and bright, and the directions to check in were perfect. The terrace is ideal for breakfast, there’s a park next door, and if you have time, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. There are fans, which were sufficient for the nighttime temperatures during June.
Our stay at Cosy apartment was a pleasant one and indeed very cosy
Liked: I liked that the apartment was spacious and separated into the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. I liked that all three apartments were easily connected via the stairs. I liked that the bus stop was right in front of the house.
Disliked: The bathroom for apartment 1 was a little small compared to the others, and the main door to the house would take a little while to lock.

Liked: Nice space with parking lot and easy access
OK but to be improved
Liked: Good position, not far away from station and city center. Fully equipped, nothing essential is missing, directly at Migros supermarket and bus stop. Host easily reachable through WhatsApp.
Disliked: Not the best choice during summertime. It is under the roof and becomes very hot over the day. Sofa-bed noisy, should get some oil... Check-in instructions could be given a little bit earlier (or specify when exactly they are released). Information in the room to be reviewed, telephone number and Hi-fi password are wrong.
