Very good
Super nice place but unexpected deposit charged in order to check in
Liked: The room is super cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is also amazing.
Disliked: Lots of instructions, warnings on not doing this, not doing that, cleaning this, cleaning that. I know this is normal for german/swiss culture but not for the rest of the normal world. Also, the request for a (very expensive) deposit was not expected since it was not declared at the moment I booked.
Flat was good. Clean and communication was good
Liked: Property had everything we needed. Location right in city if that’s what you were after. Clean and instructions were good.
Disliked: Nothing really. Would have been good to know that the metro would have made getting from the station easier. Maybe I missed it.
Washer/Dryer in house, wonderful
Liked: Super cozy and quiet. The sun came out and the views were wonderful. We also so appreciated the washer/dryer! Super helpful staff.
Overall, an excellent flat but I did not like the situation with the door lock
Disliked: I did not like that the doors were locked by the code that you had to remember. Moreover, to get outside you had to press the button and the door would automatically open. If there was a fire in the building or some other disaster and the lock did not work there would be no way you could escape the flat. What's more, in the second day of my stay, when I came out of shower, I discovered that the door was open. This was quite an unpleasant experience. The landlord assured me this occurred because the battery was down and needed replacement.
We had a superb time and really enjoyed the facilities
Liked: Was a beautiful apartment
Liked: Lovely, quiet flat with all amenities in the centre of town.
