Is it available? Book it immediately
Liked: The outside balcony area gave us wonderful views of the lake. The expansive view kept drawing us out there. There is storage space everywhere. Convenient grocery stores and Metro line and the main Gare proximity made our stay easier. It's so close to the lake, but a quiet building. We had a fantastic stay.
Disliked: Arrangements weren't as timely as we would have liked and required phone help from Booking.com. Once that was organized, our stay was easy and fantastic.
Liked: The host is very nice and the communication was smooth and effective. The nearby supermarkets and restaurants make it convenient. Really close to the lake.
Disliked: The balcony would have offered a beautiful view, but unfortunately, there was construction work in front of the property. It really took away from the beautiful scenery, and the construction noise was also quite disturbing.

Liked: The apartment is in a great location near the station and near the lake. It is a great size and has excellent furniture and amenities. Very quiet for a good night's sleep. Huge balcony. Just a perfect place for a stay. Very kind and nice and responsive host. I absolutely recommend this flat!
