Liked: Staff was very helpful & friendly
Disliked: Washing machine ist not in the Flat (it is close to the parking Garage)…. Extra fee for using and only with an App to handle (did not work Several times)

Ambivalent mas very poor service when things don't work
Liked: excellently equipped; garbage bags, dishwasher liquid, dishwasher tabs etc, very clean and nicely furnished
Disliked: that i paid for 3 days of wifi and when it didn't work on arrival the only answer i got - after a while - was move to another apartment - across the street in another building! Just arrived - MOVING COUNTRIES- with loads of luggage. Then I had an adjacent flat's WIFI, 2 doors down, which was very poor and I couldn't use phone and laptop at the same time. I checked in on a Saturday at 15:30 in order to watch the football game at 18:00 so no game, no Netflix, no TV, nada. And after it was fixed on MONDAY- i left 7 AM Tuesday morning - There was NO refund, not even 50 CHF, and after having been in the service business my entire life, this is totally uncool. I only got a reply " it works now, right?". Very bad indeed.
