Hotel is in a great location. A short walk away from the mainline train station and the metro
Liked: Great location. A short walk away from the mainline train station and the metro. Walking down to Lake Geneva took about 20mins. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
Disliked: I did request a double bed, but ended up with a twin room. Not the end of the world, but staff could have mentioned this at check in. The hotel must have been busy!
Good place to stay in Lausanne to see the sights and catch the train to airport
Liked: Convenient location to train and city. Attractive hotel.
Disliked: Coffee in room was terrible
Liked: Spacious room and nice furniture.
Disliked: Extremely rude reception staff. She hanged up the phone on me when I called about a specific problem saying "not true, impossible. Bye I have another customer"
It is a comfortable and good location for a tourist staying in Lausanne
Liked: Room was generally. The location was excellent next to the station and metro station and because you overlooked a large courtyard was quiet. The staff were helpful and good. It is a big plus when you arrive after travelling that it has restaurants.
Disliked: The shower was in the bath rather than walk in. The breakfast was poor in what it offered and could not compete if you had a room with some kitchen facilities and could bring in your own food.

Liked: Loved the room, the installation, the building! I had a very long working day and it was a pleasure to comeback to that room! I'll go back!

Disliked: Extremely hot room. The ac ran for 6 hours to bring the room from 32 to 28. Wasn't a good night. Pay Breakfast with gold Parking is bloody expensive.
