Good
Everything is good overall
Liked: Simple, comfortable, clean, and tidy
Disliked: I don’t understand why they provide facilities for cooking but fail to supply any dishwashing tools.
A very comfortable apartment with brand-new amenities. It’s on a higher floor, but it’s quite quiet, which makes for a g
Broken door lock, major inconvenience and very disappointing customer service (got no refund!!)
Disliked: The door was not working when I arrived, leaving me unable to access the apartment and forcing me to find alternative accommodation at 11 PM. The following day, I had to spend several hours making phone calls, coordinating with the property management and waiting for a technician to arrive. The technician eventually repaired the door and confirmed that the lock was defective. Despite being unable to access the apartment on the first night and losing several hours of my second day dealing with the issue, the property refused to refund either night. This was particularly disappointing given that the problem was clearly caused by a defective lock and was entirely beyond my control (and the property owner confirmed that there was an issue with the door) Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing customer service.
Cheap convenient accommodation in City Center, clean but with average comfort
Liked: Easy access through App Right in City center with convenient parking nearby
Disliked: Very limited amenities Power plugs didn’t all function No AC and fan was only provided after request on the second day
Liked: Position
Disliked: Self check-in sucks! They need to upgrade to a different system using wifi for the airkey!! PS: an SMS is generated with a registration link. However, the system uses BLE+NRF which sometimes is not reliable depending on the version of the phone, etc. In addition AirKey asks too many privacy permissions: contacts, position, call, BLE, etc... The kind guest should also know that there is zero technical assistance after 10pm! No battery no entrance!
Very good location.. very high apartment 5th floor...not suitable for elderly or people with health
Liked: Location..
Disliked: Complicated check in procedure. Using phone app as key, with sometimes difficulty keeping phone charged.
