Terrible, internet does not work, horrible mattress

Disliked: Internet doesn’t work at all, I complained they said they would fix it and nothing, doesn’t work at all, very slow, couldn’t work or study had to share internet from my phone. Mattress is the worst I’ve slept in my life, every day woke up with a terrible back pain, the kitchen has very few utensils.

Liked: I left and changed hotel on arrival. I did not feel safe.
Disliked: The apartment was not as described on Booking.com. The property appeared poorly maintained and unclean, and one of the cupboard doors was hanging loose, posing a potential safety risk. It was also very noisy, and I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. As a result, I left the property immediately and had to book alternative accommodation late in the evening. I requested a free cancellation and refund, as the apartment was not as advertised, but my request was refused. I find this very disappointing, particularly given the safety concerns and the fact that I did not stay at the property.
Liked: Very nice apartment, new and very nicely located in front of salines, so the sunset is gorgeous. The owner is really helpful and very reactive. Strongly recommended

Disliked: I didnt like the hygiene os very low. Taking a shower will fold the bath. Nathub very dirty you can see black dirt on it. Balcony was awful dirty. Full of dust. No room service to clean. Downstaors around the location at the entrance many homeless and prblematoc people at level zero
