  Convenient Location

  Liked: It was easy to retrieve the key from the lockbox. The building has an elevator. You can use the washing machines and dryers in the basement in the evening for free. My studio had plenty of room with a good sized wardrobe. The kitchenette included a single serve coffee maker with coffee provided. A couple of chocolate bars were a welcome gift. The bathroom had a tub and shower combo. I would prefer just a shower. There was plenty of hot water for me. The location is a 15-minute flat walk from the train station.

  Wonderful place for couples!

  Liked: The location is wonderful- in a central spot, but slightly removed from the chaos of Old Town. The staff was lovely, the room was very clean, and we would absolutely stay here if we ever returned to Lucerne!
