Liked: I had a very pleasant stay over these days there. The hotel are excellent in overall. Super clean and professional. Love it so much and it’s the must to come back there if I’m in Lucerne anytime later
Liked: Good location, easy to access
Disliked: The capsules are very tiny… and if you choose an upper one be prepared to get your things up without any actual place to store them. There are lockers but you have to bring your own lock. When I arrived there was no one to ask about this either as the reception was closed. More of a hostel, go if you have no options.
This hotel is suitable for a short stay of one or two days, While the general location is good
Liked: The location which is nearest to lakeside, clock tower and Spreuer & Chapel Bridge. Easy to go anywhere you like and best for solo traveller only.
Disliked: The charge for the locker key is quite high, and the locker area is very cramped. It gets blocked when people walk through to their rooms, which is disruptive. Overall, other aspects of the stay were fine and satisfactory. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a brief one or two-night stopover only.
