  Comfortable and scenetic

  Liked: The staff and the rooms were really nice. I was impressed by how much the front desk helped us with recommendations and accommodations. And it was nice that it was near the old wall area of the town.

  Disliked: Sadly there are not a lot of bus stops near the property so there is some more walking to get to different locations.

  Great hotel to stay during visit to Luzern. Walking distance to main sights

  Liked: Great location and walking distance to main sights. Staff had a pleasant attitude towards guests and breakfast was great. The room and bathroom (wc) was clean.

  Liked: The hotel was beautiful and quiet. You have a view of the river and the Swiss Alps. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in our booking and I can say that it was worth it with the variety of food you get.

  Disliked: The only thing we dislike about this hotel are the beds, it was two single beds pushed together and the pillows were horrible, might as well sleep without one as the pillows were so flat! The mattresses were good though.
