Exceptional
We are always looked after exceptionally well
Liked: We are regular visitors at this hotel stopping in Luzern as we travel between our homes in the UK and Italy. It is always excellent. The staff in particular are always exceptional.
Disliked: The breakfasts could be a bit better, both the cooked and the pastries, it is honestly the only thing that could be improved.
