In general good experience and we had a nice time

Liked: Good location, comfortable and clean apartment.

Disliked: It was a little cold inside especially for a family with kids.

Liked: Clean with proper kitchen. Location still ok. Not too far from Lucerne train station.

Disliked: I was assigned on 2nd floor (consider 3rd floor in Sg). No lift has to carry big luggage up to 3rd floor.

My stay at BERG was very disappointing in so many respects. Will not recommend

Liked: Location of the Apartment near to activities. Close proximity Train station

Disliked: Check-in was assured to be 3.00PM but when I entered and completed the formalities, I received an error message my apartment was not ready. Host to resolve the matter was not particularly helpful. Getting access was so disappointing. Finally, we got access and entered the apartment. Very HOT/Boiling Apartment, so uncomfortable in the mid thirty-degree heat. Very tiny shower cubicle so difficult to get in to have a shower after a long day heat. Instruction for password to connect to Wi-Fi all wrong. Looks like the hosts forget that password is case sensitive. Not worth the money. Will not stay in the Apartment again and will not recommend to others
