This hotel should be rated a 3 stars, but 4 stars

Liked: There was a construction in the hotel and they did not notify first of all. And when the crazy drilling sound began, they said it is unavoidable from 9am-6pm, but the following morning really loud drilling started from 7:30am. I made audio recordings as proof. It felt like right above my room but hotel said it is entire floors. Horrible. If I knew this was on, I would've changed the hotel. The room was quite dark and light was not enough, and it was cold and they heater was not working. The gym was pathetic and it was broken anyway - a tiny room with two broken old machine. They should not list gym as an option to be fair. The bed was not comfortable and very small - it was not the quality of 4 star- hotel. They also did not have a choice of late check out.
