  The staff were very helpful and friendly!

  Liked: We spent 2 nights at this charming hotel. Our room was large with lots of windows that we could open for fresh air. The floors were a bit creaky but with the atmosphere and age of this hotel we didn’t mind! It was close to several attractions and grocery stores. The coffee and breakfast were excellent.

  Nice place if you’re coming to the city

  Liked: Breakfast. Staff was GREAT!!!

  Disliked: Location was terrible. Difficult to find and off-site parking was a challenge.

  Very good place to stay in Lucerne

  Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, and car parking was good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from our room were lovely - far reaching across the town and lake.

  Disliked: Slightly disappointed that the bathroom was upstairs from the bed, which as you get older makes life a little more complicated - but ultimately it wasn't a big problem!
