  Liked: Breakfast was very good, hotel staff was very friendly, location was perfect and partner brewery restaurant was convenient, with excellent service. The room was small but had a very nice balcony that was nice in the evenings.

  Disliked: The onsite restaurant staff was very rude and we ended up leaving. Highly recommend the brewery though for great food, ambiance and service.

  Dream trip accomplished

  Liked: I think what made my stay exceed my expectations was that they have bottled COLD water (1 tap, 1 frizzante) in the mini-fridge. They also gave me a bouquet of flowers and a nice card for my birthday!EXCELLENT! The hospitality here is very warm and inviting. The breakfast is a definite must include in your stay. I think it's a great value for the money. The coffee alone is worth it. I loved how it's a traditional European hotel. They have an elevator available. I also had the steak and fries from the attached restaurant which has pizza as well.

  Disliked: I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

  We loved Lucerne and this property is very close to Chapel Bridge but it is very small and not great value for money

  Disliked: The bathroom was far too small. Difficult to enter it or enter the shower.

  Good, could be better

  Liked: The location was excellent, in walking distance from the main attractions. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had limited options, but sufficient.

  Disliked: As listed, the room was very small. The shower box was so small that required some maneuvering to get in and out. The towels were small and of bad quality. There is a restaurant in the building, what caused some noise and smell.
