  Very nice and great value

  Liked: The place is very clean, with wi-fi access, great value. The host is easy to reach & accommodating. It’s walking distance to train station, shopping mall and the stunning chapel bridge.

  Great location

  Liked: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station, with a Co-op supermarket nearby and close to the Lion Monument. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom clean, and the heaters worked well. A nice and convenient place to stay in Lucerne.

  Liked: Central location and clean. Bed comfortable. Spacious.

  Disliked: Overpriced for what is a basic accommodation, fixtures and fittings sparse, outdated and old style property in need of modernisation to make it value for money. Cleaners came at 10:30 am even though checkout is 11, annoying when trying to get organised to leave.
