  exceptional, the best hotel we have stayed during our honeymoon

  Liked: The location is excellent The staff and service were outstanding The cleanliness, room service were extremely helpful above expectations. The breakfast although expensive (around 60 francs per person) you get very delicious and fresh breakfast selections.

  Disliked: Fitness facilities are extra 35 Francs for a gym opposite to the building (would’ve loved if it’s included in the booking). Pool, sauna massage aren’t exciting to try.

  Everything is fantastic, breakfast was the highlight

  Liked: Fabulous breakfast, good service with smiles. Room is big as it might get. Beautiful view of Lucerne Lake on a sunny day I believe.

  Disliked: No table on the room balcony.

  Our stay was off-the-chart! Loved it!

  Liked: This was probably one of the top three hotels I’ve stayed at in my life. It was magnificent. The staff was outstanding. And the location could not be beat. I loved it here.

  Disliked: We had wanted a deck and when booking the room thought we had booked a room with a deck. It certainly wasn’t a deal breaker when we found that the room didn’t have a deck - but that’s something we thought we had booked. The front desk indicated that there was no way to ensure a deck to customers who wanted one.
