  A Modern, Clean and Convenient Place to Stay

  Liked: The place is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped. It is conveniently located close to the Zihlmattweg bus stop (Bus 20) and the Allmend/Messe train station, making it easy to get around. There is also a Migros supermarket nearby for shopping. We appreciated the option of parking our car overnight in that complex for an additional charge. The apartment is in a very modern building with beautiful views and is not too far from the city centre. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient place to stay!

  Disliked: The only minor downside was that the beds were quite low, which caused a little discomfort when getting in and out of them especially for the older people. Apart from that, everything was great!

  Poor stay somewhere else

  Liked: No breakfast

  Disliked: Check in was a nightmare. The elevator instructions and the front door opening instructions report, and it took us forever to get into the place only because somebody helped us. The elevator fob is super far from the elevator. The beds were uncomfortable. The blinds don’t even cover all the windows. The furniture was crappy. I would never say here again.

  It was a pleasant stay with all comforts. If yu want peace & calm around your area, this is it

  Liked: Room was clean & spacious, ameneties needed were provided. Migros grocery store is just next building. Bus stop is walking distance. You can see Mt Pilatus if yu get the right room in the building.

  Disliked: my only bad experience with this property was non-communication reg getting keys which took lot of time.

  Excellent Apartment for a Family Stay

  Liked: We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was perfect for our family with two kids. The apartment was secure, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bus station is only a 2-minute walk away, and buses run very frequently, making it very easy to get around. It is also conveniently located close to the mountains, which was great for exploring the area. There is a Migros supermarket just a 1-minute walk away, which was very convenient. There is also a public park right near the entrance, which was great for the kids. The check-in instructions were very helpful and clear, and the whole check-in process was easy. Check-out was also very convenient and self-service. Additionally, we were provided with the "Lucerne Visitor Card in advance", which was very helpful during our stay. Overall, a lovely place for a family stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!
