Unbeatable price for a stay in beautiful Lucerne!

Liked: It is a very good value for money for a Lucerne stay, in a very quiet area.

Disliked: The equipements are old but again it is matching the price of the room, so no complaint admitted.

  Good

Liked: Close to everything we needed. Nice continental breakfast. When we were given our room it was a 3 single bed dorm style. Sharing a toilet and shower located in the hallway with other rooms on the same floor. Thankfully when we tried to open our window, and couldn’t, I reporting to reception. We were then given an upgrade to a better room at no extra cost. Thank goodness.

Disliked: When we arrived our window would not open and our room was 3 bed form style with shared shower and toilet in the hallway.

Liked: Good value! The rooms don’t offer much comfort, but you aren’t paying for that. Worth it for the location, relative cleanliness of the hotel, bathrooms and quality of breakfast. Would stay here again, but maybe no more than two nights.

Okish place for a short stay

Liked: The location was very good and the room was really clean.

Disliked: 0 amenities and totally overpriced imo. No glasses, kettle or coffee maker whatsoever. The power sockets were inconveniently placed, none near the bed. For a person from the Caucasus standards it was a bit shocking.

Friendly staff, great location. Should have been more clear in the description about the amenities

Liked: The location was perfect, and the complementary breakfast had good selections. We could easily walk to the river and took the bus to mount pilatus

Disliked: It was not clear in the listing when we booked that there would not be a private bathroom in our room. This was a bit of a shock when we walked into our room and realized we had to use a community bathroom/shower.
