  Decent hotel

Liked: Nice room. Good location, about a 10 min walk from train station.

Disliked: I notified them that I would not be able to check in for my first night. The second person who participated in the conversation obviously hadn’t read the previous chat and her statements differed from what the first person said.

Pobyt w Hotelu Astoria był wspaniały – komfortowy pokój, wygodne łóżko, pyszne i różnorodne śniadani

Liked: I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Astoria. Everything was excellent, and I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the large bed deserves a special mention — it was incredibly comfortable and made every night very relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the daily housekeeping. The room was kept spotless, which made my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was another highlight: a great variety of choices, fresh products and something to suit different tastes. It was a lovely way to start each morning. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Lucerne. Overall, everything was just right. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay at Hotel Astoria again. Highly recommended!

Disliked: It’s a great tourist hotel. There was nothing I didn’t like
