  Blessed!

Liked: Exceptional staff! Lars, the managing director went over-and- beyond to make me and my wife safe and comfortable. He allowed us to stay in another facility he manages while waiting for our 2 am trip back to Paris.. Who would ever do that. " Iced Tea" and Sandy who checked us in made us so welcome with all smiles. Toby and Victoria were as helpful and amazing. The Hotel is very homy and clean. Lucerne is not just amazingly beautiful. The people as well are very nice. Thought Bern would be our favorite Swiss City, Lucerne is hands -down the prettiest. Lars and Staff, we will forever be grateful to all of you! We'll surely see you again!

  Disliked: Nothing
