Awesome accommodations for a family of 4 with extremely clean room and wonderful staff!

Liked: It was extremely difficult to find a hotel to accommodate our family of 4 during our last minute trip to Lucerne. We were thrilled to get the last room at Hotel Beau Sejour and even more excited to discover that it was a huge 2 bedroom apartment with a living room. Our kids had their own room- such a treat on a trip! The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean (so important to me!) and the breakfast was great! Although the hotel isn't in the heart of the city, it was an easy walk and we appreciated the quietness. My daughter loved the park across the street!

Disliked: It's an old building and the floors were incredibly squeaky! It was impossible not to wake others up if you had to walk in the room.

  Very nice

Liked: Lovely place close to the lake. If you are lucky you can see a pack of swans there. It’s just beautiful, very walkable to the city center. Really nice breakfast.
