Convenient traditional hotel room in downtown area

Liked: Great breakfast included in the room rate. Helpful check-in; early check-in without problem. Attentive restaurant staff at breakfast. Good location in the downtown core.

Disliked: The room was on the small side for three people with limited sitting space. Chairs on the small balcony would have added to the overall comfort of the room.

My 2 night stay in Luzern

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was comforting. All in all a hassle free for anyone staying first time in Luzern. Only point I would like to stress on is absence of an Electric kettle for Hot water, a necessity in this time of the year. Noted they had a coffee machine downstairs but the kettle would really improve the stay experience.

  Disliked: Absence of Electric kettle
