  Fantastic stay. Thankyou!!

  Liked: Had a great stay. So central to Old Town, and central train station. Perfect for what we needed. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the breakfast staff were amazing and very attentive.

  Great location! Unable to use the shower at all

  Liked: The location is absolutely perfect, right outside the iconic medieval bridge.

  Disliked: We were not told until arrival that water was being shut down overnight due to some maintenance happening in the area. When we woke up in the morning, our shower did not work at all, only a small trickle. We were offered only a voucher to use in the restaurant, which did not even cover our entire breakfast.

  Beautiful Lucerne stay! Worth it to stay in Old Town of Lucerne, very charming and quaint!

  Liked: We loved that the hotel was right on the river in Lucerne. Our room was a balcony room, which was very nice. It is walking distance from the train station.
