  Budget friendly, excellently located and very friendly

  Liked: Hotel Rothaus is everything you need for a short city break! It’s really good value (by Swiss standards) - excellently located, with a filling breakfast, comfortable beds and a warm welcome. Highly recommend!

  Liked: The room was clean and very warm, +23. There was plenty of space for two people. The bathroom was comfortable. In the room there were a kettle, tea, coffee and water. Breakfasts were delicious 👌 and the kitchen staff always made sure there was enough food and the tables were clean. The reception staff were the friendliest people. At check-in day we were given a ticket for the public transport and information on what to see and how to get there, even though all the sightseeings are close to the hotel. At a checkout day the receptionist made sure if everything was fine and if we liked the staying. He was very friendly and kind! Staying at this hotel is a real pleasure! We strongly recommend it! Thanks a lot to everyone who cares for the guests! We didn’t want to leave 🥹… but we’ll be back one day 😊
