Good
It’s a beautiful place with a satisfying mountain 🏔️ view, clean finest wood 🪵 furniture
Liked: The location is the best for both sightseeing and food and entertainment nearby, trains 🚊/ buses. All close by that you can just walk to train stations.
Disliked: Not cleaning the rooms every day and when we asked for it. Not providing proper room service and not giving clients enough time - extra to have their breakfast gently before almost removing stuffs, demanding you should take all you want to eat at ones to your table to enable them remove the rest. That’s absurd.
Great value for a short stay
Liked: The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We left early without breakfast and found the hotel was within easy driving distance of Lucerne centre.
Disliked: More room in the bathroom to put toiletries etc as we were three sharing the room!
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Price
Liked: Staff and room are good. Location and parking is also suitable.
Liked: Location is super and also rooms are well maintained and staff is very gentle
Disliked: None
