Great apartment in the Old Town

Liked: This apartment is in the Old Town and very central to everything. There is a lift to the 2nd floor and then you need to go up the stairs, one more floor. The apartment was clean, well appointed with everything we needed. It was close to a few supermarkets which made it easy to get meal supplies. It is on a quieter back street which was good. It felt like a very safe area.

Disliked: The team gave us very good instructions to get to the apartment but we still managed to get confused. There are so many ways that lead to the apartment and once we figured it out, it was great.

If have a chance to visit Switzerland again, I would select this place

Liked: Location is great - close to bus stop, interlaken west train station, supermarket. Very helpful staff, great facility with full kitchenware. The check-in process is super smooth and provide the luggage storage pre-check in and check-out. Wonderful, highly recommend.

Disliked: The sink is a bit small but it’s ok with the dish washing machine.
