  Liked: Nice 1st floor apartment. Good size with everything needed for our stay. Really appreciated the coffee that was supplied. Great location in old town environment close to the train and boat stations. Easy self-check in. Highly recommended.

  Disliked: Room was a little too warm, fortunately we could open the windows to cool the room down. Not a big deal.

  Fantastic location, comfortable apartment with excellent service!

  Liked: What a great apartment!! The location was fantastic, right in the centre of shopping and food store areas. A short 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The staff were exceptional-we left a credit card by accident in the apartment and they promptly contacted us for its return. We would stay again for sure-thank you for a lovely stay!

  Perfect location

  Liked: The location was perfect! Restaurants and shopping is right there. From the apartment there is perfect view of the beautiful surrounding buildings. The train station was a 10 minute walk. The studio was well equipped. The communication with Kobi was excellent. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The guest book was very helpful.

  Disliked: The apartments are fine. Just be prepared to take luggage up stairs. The studio could use some upgraded decor.

  We loved our stay in Luzern and would stay here again!

  Liked: The property is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and located in the heart of old town Luzern, steps away from a plethora of shops and restaurants. The studio apartment was compact but very comfortable and a surprising amount of storage and had nicely stocked kitchenette.

  Disliked: There are steep steps and no elevator but we (66F/74M) managed just fine and the host helped us upstairs with our luggage. We were located at the back of the property so no view but plenty of fresh air.

  Liked: Great location. Pretty square an easy walk to river, train, ferries and shops.

  Disliked: Our host was 30 minutes late meeting us. Then we were trapped in the room because the door handle was faulty. When our host returned she ended up trapped in the room with us. Took a while to get her team to even answer their phones. Time we could have been enjoying Luzern was lost. The suggestion we deserved some compensation was treated as incomprehensible. The door was fixed the next working day but remained difficult. There were also faulty windows.
