  Extremely spacious appartment, great view, central location, well eqipped kitchen, great service

  Liked: Very spacious. Centrally located, next to the lake and close to many restaurants and things to see. Exceptional view from the appartment and in particular from the rooftop. Well well equipped kitchen with high quality kitchen appliances: stove top, dish washer, oven, steam oven from V-Zug. Daily cleaning service. Extremely responsive contact person (James).

  Disliked: A few more chairs would be helpful, like in the hallway/entrance area and in the bedrooms. Due to the central location next to the lake, there is a lot of traffic on the cantonal road that passes between the building and the lake. On the other hand, as the appartment is on the 5th floor, we did not hear much noise during the night.

  Liked: Location and apartment layout was exceptional. James and team were very collaborative

  Disliked: Unavailable AC was an issue but due to the city regulations. Also if there were paid services for concierge or so would have been good

  Liked: One of the best stay that I have ever had in my life till date. I have stayed in so many facilities but this one stood completely exceptional. I would recommend this to any one and every penny worth spending
