  Could have done better elsewhere

  Liked: Location was accessible and quiet but a ways out of the city center

  Disliked: Its really not a hotel, but simply a repurposed student dormitory accomodation. After 7 pm there are no services available on site and you can only access your room through a night entrance and stairwell. The rooms were extremely basic and a bit shabby.

  Disliked: No refrigerator in the room. When we asked for coffee from the receptionist in the morning, he asked for our room number but then charged us for it, which I don't know why the room number was needed!

  Due to excellent location and easy transport it is still worth to stay in this hotel

  Liked: We did not take breakfast at property but location is superb

  Disliked: After 5pm no one at the building so you use separate stairs to get into the hotel which is really scary

Good to know

Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop).

Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance.

Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs.

Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00.

A deposit may be required at the property.
