  Fantastic Location and Very Helpful Staff

  Liked: The location of the hotel is fantastic, with everything within walking distance, making it easy to explore Lucerne. the room has a simple, old-fashioned style, but it is spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located place to stay in Lucerne.

  Disliked: There is no elevator, but this wasn’t a big issue for us. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast.

  Liked: It is in a great location.

  Disliked: We had a room on the top floor. Creaky stairs and all amenities are at the other hotel.

  Great location and helpful staff

  Liked: Great location but near a bar and it was noisy with the windows open. The front desk staff was amazing. All very helpful and lived their jobs.
