  Liked: I felt safe.

Disliked: The sink is in the room, not the bathroom. Awkward to share. Also no elevators. Location was a little far from the city, and we had to bus into Lucern every day

  Good value for money

Liked: Good value for money. Next to the bus station and supermarket. The room was clean with daily housekeeping. There is a parking area which is discounted from the hotel.

Disliked: For late check-in there is no reception. There was a bell to ring, but nobody answered. Likely someone came out of the building at that time so we could enter.
