Liked: Great location, very clean apartment with everything you need, great communication with the apartment host. The apartment was a very good choice for 2 nights in Lucerne.

Disliked: A/C only in livingroom and in both bedrooms only fans which were pretty noisy

Liked: The staff were friendly and the apartment was clean

Disliked: The fact the its advertised as an AC apartment but there is only one AC in the apartment in the living room - the location is bad nothing is around except for an amazing burger place called fat Boys Smash Burger which I highly recommend you to try it

Disliked: Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding the apartment. When I arrived at the property, the key box was not opening. After spending considerable time trying, I asked for help from a cleaning staff member who was working in the same apartment. She was eventually able to open the key box, but only with considerable difficulty, and I finally received the keys. I also tried calling the property contact person, but I received no response. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again during check-out. The key box would not open, and I wasted a significant amount of time trying to access it. Since I had a train to catch and was traveling with my wife and my 15-year-old son, I could not wait any longer. Therefore, I handed the keys to the residents of the apartment directly opposite yours on the second floor. I would also like to mention a few other issues: * The air conditioner was leaking water, which made the carpet wet. * The apartment is on the second floor, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. * The apartment is approximately 2 km from Lucerne railway station, which was less convenient than expected. What disappointed me most was that when the city tax payment was required, I received an immediate WhatsApp message, but when I needed assistance with the key box problem, there was no response to my calls or messages. Thank you.
