  Great location with a nice view of Lugano, bed was not comfortable

  Liked: The apartment was a short 7-min walk away from the train station, close to a gelato shop we really grew to like. There was a wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Lugano, and there was a lot of space and amenities for the three of us traveling together. The shower was also hot, and we had enough towels for the three of us.

  Disliked: The double bed was really soft, like a marshmallow but not in a good way. We couldn't really sleep very well as a result. Although the rest of the apartment was clean, there was a small stain on the bedsheets, and the pillows felt old and lumpy.

  Good comfortable stop over on our train tour of Switzerland

  Liked: Felt comfortable to stay in. Great view over town and lake to mountains beyond.

  Liked: The view was beautiful and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was very nice so we could cook for ourself and save money by not eating out.

  Disliked: The Wi Fi was not great and didn't work for one day. The shower needed fixing.

  Definitely would love to return!

  Liked: Vintage vibes, comfortable and quiet accommodation/location, very bright and lovely flat, tasteful furniture and paintings, very friendly host!

  Disliked: Nothing; perhaps a tiny improvement for the bathroom as the shower head is missing a holder ^_^
