  Liked: Clean, nice balcony, aircon, well equipped. Well located in close proximity to the park and lake. Underground parking super convenient. Lift available.

  Nice location close to the Parco Ciani, the lake, and the city center

  Liked: Perfect location to visit Lugano.

  Disliked: Although the place lacked a kitchen, it was set up for light meals with a microwave and cutlery. However, it was quite frustrating to have to use the bathroom sink to wash the dishes.

  Disliked: The living area windows shadings cannot be closed which broke the family privacy.

  Liked: Well located. Bed/divan is the best design we’ve encountered. Lift & car park facilities excellent. Great views from lounge and bedroom

  Disliked: The inadequate kitchen facilities with Cupboard doors and drawers difficult to open. No sink to wash dishes other than hand basin in laundry with no bench space to place dishes. Washed dishes had to be placed on a towel on the toilet seat adjacent to sink as no other surface available and no dish washer - surely placing dishes to drain on a toilet seat would breach health regulations, particularly in a rented property. No washing machine although a water outlet is present in the apartment and communal washing machine in basement requiring a rechargeable card to activate it but card only had.30cents on it requiring a minimum of 30 Francs to recharge.
