  Perfect stay in Lugano

  Liked: Amazing location, 5 minutes from the station, ten minutes from city center. Professional staff and warm people. Great coffee and focaccia from the bar. Really cozy place. This is my second stay and not the last:)

  Modern short stay hotel near train station

  Liked: The hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay. We arrived by train and the hotel was a short walk from the station. The staff member who greeted us was friendly and very helpful in telling us how to use the digital keys, and how to get to the town center. The room was clean with a wonderful shower with excellent water pressure. The bed had two side by side comforters and the mattress was very comfortable. The lake was a short walk down the hill. There was a room for bag storage near reception that we could access on our own so we were able to leave our bags there after checkout.

  Disliked: There was a step in the room between the bedroom and bathroom made of concrete that was difficult to see at night. The lighting controls for the room were black and not illuminated so it was difficult to find the bathroom light switch in the middle of the night

  Amazing and unique hotel in a fantastic location

  Liked: Great location, modern rooms with great facilities, very comfortable, ample space in the room, spacious bathroom, quirky and unique design

  Disliked: Shower head sometimes didn’t turn on; no refrigerator; method of electronic access was a bit clunky at times (but thought the idea was innovative)
