Liked: This hotel is in an excellent location across from the beautiful lake. The staff were very helpful and always pleasant and accommodating of our needs. The rooms we booked were very clean and very well provisioned. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years. It is a lovely hotel.

Disliked: The private car parking can be a very tight fit if you have a 4 x 4 SUV like we have, because of the vehicle rack system they use. It only accommodates up to a certain vehicle wheel width. But there is an underground car park very close by if the hotel car park does not suit your car.

Liked: Top personnel! Really friendly & helpful. Private garage upon request next door; thus very convenient.

Disliked: Becoming slightly old and would certainly appreciate a refreshment here an there. BUT: still totally fine and acceptable.
