  Horrible..Maximum dissatisfaction. 👎👎👎

  Liked: The only thing we liked was that the apartment was close to the lake and the center.

  Disliked: The lady I called was so unpleasant that I didn't want to talk to her. I didn't receive any email for online check in but she went to convince me that I was actually an idiot and they sent it but I checked it and there was nothing there so she was the idiot. The beds were probably the worst I've ever slept on and I've traveled a lot around the world. and only 1 small..maybe the smallest pillow on this planet....Horrible!! Batteries in the remotes? Only one so I had to swap them from one to the other. The entire house is under renovation, so boys with hammers will set your romantic alarm clock. After this i will never take my family to your apartment.

  Decent place and convenient location, but go for it if u can manage the loud noise at night

  Liked: Clean property and good facility. Very close to city center and old town and the lake.

  Disliked: The apartment is just above a pub and there was loud music the whole weekend till about 2am in the morning. The music was vibrating the apartment floor. The A|c was not working

  Not worth 1 CHF

  Liked: It’s clean.

  Disliked: Very noisy. You can hear everything happening outside. No covers, we were cold all night. When I informed the staff, they asked for my exact location, then disappeared. Heaters were almost not working. Terrible experience, not worth the money. Definitely not worth it.

  Well located

  Liked: Appartment is super spacious, really close to the main square, shopping area, restaurants, lake, bus station, parking lot, food market! We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom appartment, and it is exactly like in the pictures! For parking we parked on the street 2 days. There is an app (Parkingpay) where I only paid 10 CHF for a whole day. If not there is a parking lot right beside there where I paid 5CHF for like 4h on the last day!

  Disliked: There was construction in the appartment beside us and on top of us starting 8am. Appartment is new or newly renovated and there is already a tile that is broken in the living room and the main shower’s caulking was badly done so water drips everywhere in that bathroom. We had appartment 1

  Liked: The location was awesome and it is near bus station, parko ciani & other facilities.

  Disliked: There was no heat in the evening and no remote inside the apartement. Hair dryer wasn’t working. A huge mistake is not giving slippers for each person booked!!!
