  Misleading advertising

  Liked: .

Disliked: WARNING! Misleading advertising and poor customer service. The apartment had a broken toilet, and Happy Rentals officially admitted in writing that they KNEW about the defect BEFORE my arrival but rented it out anyway without informing me. Additionally, the description promises "flat-screen TV with satellite channels," but there is no active TV service. The agency told me to use my own streaming accounts. Total lack of respect for the client and zero response to my complaints. Avoid this place!

It was nice! Would recommend providing more toilet paper and paper towel and towels

  Liked: Very clean and beautiful.

Disliked: Small single towel per person, no paper towels, and only one roll of toilet paper. We had to go out and get more. Also, the floor came up in the bathroom during our stay.

Liked: Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und sauber das muss ich Kompliment sagen. Die Einrichtungen sind hoch modern. Leider die Beschreibung mit blick auf See hat mir gefehlt. Schade, dass es kein Balkon gibt. Garage? Pass für grosse Auto schwierig rein. Sonst o. k.
