  Needs an overhaul

Liked: We did not like much about this property. It was a disappointment on many levels.

Disliked: The unit was tiny and equipped poorly. The unit was showing many signs of its age. Trash can, towel rack and toilet paper holder were so tacky and fell off the wall.

A convenient few days in Lugarno

Liked: It was clean and comfortable with easy access to the city with onsite parking.

Disliked: A fan was supplied but it was very hot, air conditioning would make a huge difference.

  Location, Location, Location

Liked: The small flat is located ca 10 Minutes feom Lugano main station (by bus), and a good 20 minutes walknfrom the lake. 15 minutes to nice outdoor trails in the other direction. There are two supermarkets nearby. It has a small room with a very comfortable double bed and integrated kitchen and a small bath. Enough for two people for a week. The hosts are very nice. Although check-in was contactless and automatized, the management was very helpful in providing us the Ticino tickets (savings of ca 100Chf on transport and cable car).

Disliked: The walls are thin. However, the neighbours did not party so it was quiet at night so no problem.

Disliked: A little noisy on a Friday night (neighbors)
