  Convent shelter

Liked: Proximity to the main station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to help.

Disliked: I was freezing, the heating wasn’t turned on, we turned it on and at some point it turned off automatically after midnight. We couldn’t contact anyone and I woke up a bit sick.

One of the best hotels in Lugano, Switzerland 🇨🇭

Liked: The reception staff is very friendly. This is a very good hotel, with a very clean, spacious room and a large private bathroom. If I go back to Lugano, Switzerland, we will both stay at this hotel again. I would recommend this hotel to others. I appreciate the service of the reception staff. The hotel staff gave us two 'Ticino' tickets for free travel throughout Lugano, and these tickets were completely free.
