4 nights weekend break in spectacular Lugano

Liked: Excellent location near the Lugano railway station, well equipped kitchen and the facilities are first class. At arrival the apartment was very clean.. The property is quiet ensuring a good night’s sleep. We used the washer dryer and also the electronically controlled blinds for additional privacy. We loved the De Longhi coffee machine and the coffee pods provided. We visited a local restaurant called Schnitzy and enjoyed the food and the experience. The service was excellent.

Disliked: We arrived when it was raining and walking up and down the alley next to the property was very slippery. More printed instructions in 4 languages are needed in order to maximize the facilities offered in the apartment. We struggled to operate some appliances.A printed booklet with a description of the area would also have helped us but is not essential. The exterior of the property needs some work and cleaning but again not essential. Interior could not be faulted.

  Clean and comfortable

Liked: Great location close to the station. Very clean with lovely crockery and glasses. Comfortable beds.

Disliked: It's a little dark, and the WiFi is a bit patchy. It could do with some curtains to soften the acoustic.
