  Avoid this property at the current state

  Liked: One staff was trying to solve the problem (while the other one(s) is simply not professional.)

  Disliked: 1. The room description is inaccurate -- it is listed as a 50 square meters one bedroom, but it is really a studio that is no larger than 35 square meters. 2. The facilities description is not accurate: The washing machine is not in room. The air condition does not blowing cold air as it should. 3. The main room light does not work. According to the review history, this problem has been lasting for the past six weeks. 4. The in room WiFi does not work. After several rounds of communication, a customer service staff hesitantly provided another pair of passcode, as if it is linked to other rooms'. 5. Some customer service staffs are quite problematic. I will just list factual experience for reference here: A. The business is not organized: on our first day, we requested an repair of the light. someone comes and said the bulb must be ordered and will be arriving in two days (Monday or tuesday). On Tuesday morning, someone comes again and checked the light. The response from the customer service is the bulb must be ordered. Since we are provided a lamp for temporary use, So (that will be it and) thank you for your understanding. B. Some staff is not professional: The customer service dismissed my request of communicating over WhatsApp (for Which i am fine). Since booking is used, The usual response time is 1hour (in case they do not plan to dismiss my request). However, on Tuesday morning at around 9am, suddenly someone messaged me on WhatsApp, saying someone is coming to my room to inspect. Since i don't reply to their booking message, they notify me over WhatsApp -- So i checked. And the message was sent only 15min ago, before booking can send me an email to remind me of this message. These are all serious problems. I will refrain from listing small problems, including the bed is very soft and that the coffee machine is leaking.

  Liked: Comfortable. Great doors and windows to open wide. Easy walk to town or train station. Good communication.

  Disliked: Lights above couch and bed did not work. Wifi connection that was advertised did not work. Television connection wasn't consistent. Was offered a night's refund for inconvenience. But it was disappointing not to have sufficient light in the evening. Finding the property from the road was difficult initially from taxi.

  Liked: The appartment is super easy to reach from the train station, central and close to all nice places to visit in Lugano and moving around on foot is very convienient. Clean, big, new and confortable, the appartment is well equipped with the bare minimum to stay a few days. Owner was really easy to reach and answered with due diligence whenever needed. Efficient communication to share the details for check in and out.

  Disliked: WiFi was not the Best. But once you jnow the trick from the owner, it is okay. Bed was a bit too soft for me.

  Very nice apartment but needs better internet service

  Liked: Very nice, quiet, and well designed and well maintained apartment close to old town and train station.

  Disliked: I had problems with the internet the whole time. Could not get it to work on laptop or two smartphones. Also need more kitchen accessories such as napkins or paper towels and needs a microwave.
