Liked: Free bus transport card was greatly needed and used, as main shopping area was downhill. Cleaning staff was so helpful. Breakfast was good serving fresh squeezed OJ! Scrambled eggs with the usual continental choices. AC was needed and used to the max

Disliked: Transport from train station to hotel $25 CHF. Would have been great to know about the city bus card upon arrival. One Front staff member offered little to no help with English speaking TV channels or bus route info.

Good value, good food. Not central but lots of travel options

Liked: Staff were friendly and accomodating. We arrived to use the pool a little late one evening and they removed the cleaning machine and allowed my daughter to swim for an hour. Food reasonably priced and good quality.

Disliked: Air conditioning unit in the room was a bit old and noisy. Exterior paintwork a bit in need of renovation. Overall, fine for the price.
