  Improvement needed for the staff service

  Liked: Basically the studio itself is perfect, equipped with all the necessities and facilities, location is good as well, near to the train station.

  Disliked: The staff that serve us during check out is my worst experience for the whole trip. During check in, a lady staff promised will help us with the big luggage moving for check in and check out since our studio is a-bit distance away from the main building and sitting in the floor 1 with no elevator. However, during check out time, a guy staff showing a very unfriendly and rude face mentioned they will not help with this and reject with a rude attitude. After I keep trying to get help from him and he very rude mentioned “ u pay the city tax and I Myself go help u! “, we sure will pay the tax but what kind of attitude this guy is! End up, he is not the one helping but is his another colleague which is a very friendly guy help us on the luggage and very kind informed us on the cable car for the main station so that we no need drag our luggage walking far way to station. Thanks for this great man.

  TWO NIGHT STOP OVER - EXCELLENT LOCATION CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION

  Liked: Great place to stay close to train station and close to centre of old town. Lovely hotel with a history, room spacious, clean and in fitting with hotel character. Staff/service staff at breakfast were all friendly and helpful, all appeared to take pride in their work.

  Disliked: Nothing, excellent spot to stop off before returning to Malpensa for flight home. Much better option than airport hotel in Milan!
