  A great hotel for first timers to Lugano

  Liked: The hotel was conveniently located next to the Funicular connecting the Lugano Main Train station. All the tourist attractions and lake were walking distance. We got a free room upgrade and it was huge! Strongly recommended for first timers to Lugano.

  Disliked: Well small note, you have to go through their Gabbani Restaurant in order to go up the reception counter. But the restaurant's waiters were so helpful and will point you the way.

  Loved this location and would definitely stay here again when visiting Lugano

  Liked: GREAT location! In the heart of old town, just steps from the funicular to the main train station.

  Liked: I liked the stuff more than everything else. The hotel was recently renovated, the design is elegant and functional. Very clean with a delicious breakfast. I loved having water in my room - I will certainly comeback

Please note that the reception closes at 21:00 from Mondays until Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays the reception closes at 17:00, but guests can access the accommodations as usual.

Please note that from Sunday until Tuesday the elevator works until 21:00, while from Wednesday until Saturday the elevator works until 22:00. After this time, the reception is only reachable via a staircase. Please contact the property directly for further information.
