Hotel Locanda is situated in a nice romantic area and you can enjoy tasty coffee for a breakfast

Liked: The hotel Locanda is situated in a very romantic place from where you can go for nice walks. We had also a balcony with a big french window, which we enjoyed a lot. Personal was friendly and they did very nice coffee:)

Disliked: The room was simple but clean and we had so nice time there. No complains:)

A good place to base yourself for hiking in Lugano

Liked: A good spot for hiking (but 2.4km out of Lugano town). Breakfast was quite good and staff were friendly.

Disliked: I liked the location as I wanted to do the Olive Trail. But if you are focused on the city, it's a long walk. That being said, there are buses close by. Also, the hotel is multiple floors and no lift.
