  Disliked: It was noisy You could hear people in other rooms and noise from the street was irritating at 4 in the morning.

  Good stay in the center of Lugano

  Liked: Perfect location, friendly staff and good-sized rooms.

  Disliked: Quite an old building and not the cleanest. It was also quite dark in the rooms.

  Enjoyable peaceful stay

  Liked: The staff on arrival were so friendly and helpful and directed us to our room. Our room was comfortable and facilities shower, and beds were as expected, clean and tidy. The hotel is accessible for every request. Close to public transport and the lake front.

  No 24-hour reception to calm down noisy rooms

  Liked: The hotel is centrally located and clean.

  Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for one night while attending a conference in Lugano. Unfortunately, there was extremely loud noise coming from the floor below from 8 PM until 5 AM, and I couldn’t sleep at all. The reception is in a separate building and closes at 11 PM, so there was nobody to contact during the night. I asked twice for the noise to stop but was ignored. I even called the police, but they said they couldn’t intervene because it was private property. Really disappointing experience. If something happens during the night, you’re completely on your own. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
